As Notaries Public of the Canton of St. Gallen, we draft, notarize, and legalize deeds.We are co-editors and co-authors of the standard text book on legalization law. We will draft and legalize testaments and last wills, as well as matrimonial and last will agreements, and agreements within the scope of the registered partnership law, incorporate companies and foundations, draft (and modify) articles of association and by-laws, execute increases and decreases of share capital, contribute materially in cases of restructuring of companies (including mergers, splits, conversions and transfer of assets) and will legalize any other transaction as required by law (e.g. guaranties, dissolutions of companies, transfer of GmbH quotas according to German law) or if a legalization seems the appropriate way to proceed (e.g. patients' dispositions).
