About Us
Our origins go back as far as 1939, when Dr. Franz Oesch, the father of our partner Dr. Franz Peter Oesch, started his practice. As of today, our law firm comprises 11 lawyers and notaries public among whom three colleagues "of counsel" and three secretaries.
We are members of the St.Gallen and Swiss bar associations as well as of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry St.Gallen-Appenzell and the Swiss Venture Club.
Our partner Bruno Bauer is the Consul of the Kingdom of Belgium with his offices within our law firm and is competent for the Cantons of St.Gallen, Thurgau, Graubünden, Glarus, and Appenzell.
We are partnering with Marcel Manser, certified accountant / controller, and his firm mabucco - manser buchhaltung & controlling, as well as with the law firm Volz Angelstorf Manok Lehmann & Partners and the tax advisors Strobel & Sorg both in Ravensburg, Germany, for an intensive transborder cooperation.
