Your Lawyer of Confidence - No Vain Phrase for Us
It is our long lasting principle that each partner is in charge of its own clients, takes on personally and exclusively the full responsibility for its clients and will work for its own account. The fundamental idea of this approach is to leave it to the client to decide who the lawyer of its confidence shall be rather than have law firm internal processes allocate the clients to the lawyers. Nevertheless, the advantages of larger sized law firms are maintained when it comes
- to work in a team in certain projects where the team approach makes sense,
- to take advantage of special knowledge and experience of a partner in a certain area,
- to contact certain persons in the network, or
- to get second opinions on certain issues and, finally,
- to share the common conviction among the partners on how best to execute the work as a lawyer.
